Aromo Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from Maule Valley, Chile. The harvest is handpicked and after a gentle crushing, the fermentation process begins with selected yeasts, at a temperature not higher than 82°F. This allows us to produce young and vivacious mid-bodied wine with presence of cherries and blackberries.

It is bottled young in order to keep all this characteristics, during its cellaring.

Intense, deep and brilliant red ruby color. Nice presence of prunes and berries, with soft notes of tobacco leaves.

Palate: On the palate we can find a young and expressive wine, with mature tannins and evolved notes, giving delicate consistency and complex harmony.
