BioZero Abruzzo Bianco D.O.C

A 100% natural wine, without added sulfites, processed in absence of oxygen and fermented for a few months in steel. A simple wine, but not a dull wine. Bianco Abruzzo DOC, easy to drink, straw yellow in color, bouquet of yellow fruit, great minerality and structure in the mouth, with a persistent acidity. Recommended with soft cheese and seafood.
