Coppi Guiscardo Falanghina
Golden yellow with light green reflections. Overtones of mineral veins that are proceeded by sensations of white fruit and delicate citrus flavours of Ionian grapefruits. Abundant freshness, with a pleasant acidity that makes the mouth water for another tasting agreeable, with a long finish which refers to minor notes of exotic fruit. Food pairings: spaghetti with mussels, calamari and pistachio pesto, swordfish carpaccio with green and pink peppercorns, tuna tataki with finely diced cucumbers, aubergine polpetti.
