BARBERA SUPERIORE

Intense ruby-red. Persistent and persuasive bouquet of woodland flowers and dried herbs. The wine is medium-bodied, smooth and very winey, with a good base of acidity. As a young wine, it shows fresh fruit and a pleasant almond taste; after one or two years of bottle ageing, it shows more complexity and the maturity of its full robust character with black cherry and tar flavors.
